After two consecutive weeks of no Drinking Liberally meetup, we’re back tonight from 6:30-9:30 in the back room of the Piper Down. It seems like there’s been a lot in the news since our last meetup, including the overturning of Prop 8! So come on out, there’s plenty to talk about.

Also, we’re less than 2 months away from the Living Liberally national conference, being held right here in Salt Lake City. We’d like to see this conference be the most fun, most successful conference that has been hosted, so if you think you could help us in some way, please let us know.

While this is a conference for the chapter leaders, our evening activities will be open for all to attend. On Friday, September 24th we’ll be meeting at the Piper Down for our opening reception and happy hour. Then on Saturday the 25th, we’ll be having a party (likely at Brian’s warehouse) with special guests. And after our final session on Sunday we’ll be showing our out-of-state guests some of the interesting places that make Utah unique. Again, more details to come.
