Drinking Liberally Earth Day Guest Speakers Friday 4-21

Drinking Liberals,

As this Friday is the day before Earth Day we have some special guest speakers for tomorrows Drinking Liberally in the back bar of Piper Down. Zach Frankel and Wendy Fischer from the Utah Rivers Council & Utah Open Lands will be joining us to discuss the important issues concerning the state of Utah’s big money water developments including both the Lake Powell Pipeline and Bear River Diversion and their environmental impacts as well as issues surrounding the conservation of open lands, protecting Bonanza Flats, future planning, climate change, etc.

Be sure to check out their websites hyperlinked above and our facebook post for more info on their projects and what they are about and come out tomorrow night with any questions you may have. We will meet at our usual time starting at 6pm and then have our speakers begin around 7pm.

See you this Friday night,
Christian, Laura
Jason, Jeremiah
